The year is just flying by and it's already Thanksgiving! We have lots to be grateful for, including being able to still have this little biz and all of you along with us on this journey. We wouldn't be here without YOU, so thank you all so much.

Some exciting news in Do Good land:

1. Our quest to operate in a more circular fashion continues! We are finding more ways to repair and recycle your old swimsuits, and worked with For Days for buy back bags, but we are aiming to go a step further and looking for new ways to repurpose an old swimsuit's life (for major inspo, check out Suay Sew Shop!). We are looking at some innovative materials that may be able to be composted at the end of its life, but durability is in question so we will continue to do more research because we want our pieces to be truly sustainable and to last you for years to come!

2. We are now proudly carrying local brand, Little Hands We're also hard at work on a fun collection for Spring 2025 *hint: there will be retro florals, pastels and cute cut outs involved! If you have any requests, send them our way at: hello@dogoodswimwear.com and we will take it into account. P.S. If something you suggested is chosen, the suit will be named after you!

3. Small biz, big impact: We are happy to announce that proceeds from this past quarter's sales have gone towards some amazing non profits that support conservation efforts including Coral Gardeners, Surfrider, and non profits that help children and people in need, like Project Hawai'i Inc., Maui Food Bank and Los Angeles Food Bank. We've also been able to support two low income students with Do Good Scholarships and two amazing young women from Brazil and Mexico to go after their dreams of participating in surf competitions! 

4. We have also partnered with our friends at the local community garden, Adventures To Dream, on sustainability lessons + mindfulness/ movement courses, and will continue to hold our monthly surf sessions/ beach clean up's (check our IG for the most up to date events and locations!)
