Returns/Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges for items shipped within the United States are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please note: We ask that you cover the shipping fees to return your items to us and we will cover shipping fees to send out your exchange. We can also provide a shipping label for a $5 fee for returns if you reach out to us via email.
To make a return or exchange, please email dogoodswimwear@gmail.com. Please note that shipping is non-refundable if requesting a refund. All returned and exchanged suits must be in unworn condition with all tags and liners intact. If your return is soiled or has noticeable stains or wear, we will charge a 5% fee. For hygienic purposes, please wear underwear while trying on your items.
If you wish to return your swimwear after the original 7-day window, we are happy to give you store credit for a future purchase. We are able to provide your first exchange for free and if after the first exchange, you are still not quite happy with your suit, you will be able return it for store credit. There is no expiration date on store credit, so if you need some time to think about your next purchase, there is no rush!
For our friends returning items from outside of the United States, we are unfortunately unable to do free returns/exchanges at the moment. For returns/exchanges, please contact us dogoodswimwear@gmail.com or hello@dogoodswimwear.com.
Canceling/Changing Orders:
If you are like us, and somehow managed to overspend or order something accidentally while perusing the Internet at 2AM, have no fear, cancellation is here! You can cancel your order by contacting us at dogoodswimwear@gmail.com within 24 hours. However, once orders are received, we generally tend to fulfill them ASAP so orders that have already been sent out cannot be canceled or changed.

Discount Codes/ Group Discounts:
To use a discount code, simply enter the code into the field labeled "Discount Code or Gift Card". If you have any trouble, feel free to shoot us an email at dogoodswimwear@gmail.com.

When Will I Get My Suit?
We do our best to fulfill all orders within a 24-72 hour period (1-3 business days). That being said, suits usually take about 5-7 business days to arrive to its future home within the United States. If you need a suit ASAP, please reach out to us and we will try our best to work with you! For our pals ordering abroad, we like to say order your suits about two weeks ahead of time, just in case!
We will also help to locate orders that are missing or undelivered. However, we will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen from residences.
Shipping Costs:
Currently, shipping is free with purchases over $150 in the United States! We also do international shipping for our friends overseas, though it is unfortunately not free at the moment. Custom fees/duties may also apply for international purchases which will be highly dependent on the destination country and those fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Swimsuit Care Instructions:
We recommend hand washing your swimsuit in cool, fresh water and laying flat to dry in the shade. You can put it in the washer and dryer if you must, but like any other swimsuit, that may cause color fading and changes to the texture of the fabric with each wash. Enjoy!
