Returns and Exchanges

Returns/Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges for items shipped within the United States are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note: We ask that you cover the shipping fees to return your items to us and we will cover shipping fees for your exchange. 

 

To make a return or exchange, please contact us at dogoodswimwear@gmail.com. All returned and exchanged suits must be in unworn condition with all tags and liners intact. If the suit is returned in obviously worn or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If there are obvious stains or other damage to the suit, we will charge a penalty fee of $5 which will be taken from your refund amount. Initial shipping taxes and fees are non-refundable. 

Clearance items are all final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges.



If you wish to return your swimwear after the original 14-day window, we are happy to give you store credit for a future purchase. We are able to provide your first exchange for free and if after the first exchange, you are still not quite happy with your suit, you will be able return it for store credit. There is no expiration date on store credit, so if you need some time to think about your next purchase, there is no rush! 

For our friends returning items from outside of the United States, we are unfortunately unable to do free returns/exchanges at the moment.  You will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees. For returns/exchanges, please contact us dogoodswimwear@gmail.com.
