Shipping FAQs

When will I get my order?

Each item ships within a few days of receiving the order, unless otherwise notified. Shipping typically takes anywhere from 3-10 days, depending on where it is going to. You may check the tracking status with the code that is sent to the email provided for updates! 

 

What if my package gets stolen? 

We are not responsible for stolen packages, though please notify us if you think your package is stolen and we will do our best to replace it and reach out to the shipping carrier to help find a solution. If you're finding a major delay in shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will make it right! 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do offer international shipping, which is a flat fee at checkout to cover the costs of shipping internationally (keep in mind, this is the lowest estimated price of shipping internationally and typically costs more than the proposed flat fee). You may be responsible for import duty/tax fees on the value of the items so please check your local requirements for customs clearance for more information. 

Do you ever offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we are still a small biz and cannot afford to provide free shipping for everyone, though hope to do so in the future. Currently, all shipping within the U.S. is free over $150 and over $200 internationally!
