I have big hips and a small waist, so it's hard to find bottoms that fit right but these bottoms fit perfect because I can adjust it at the waist. The material seems like good quality and I waited a year before I wrote a review because I wanted to make sure it would last and so far it has lasted through almost 8 months of consistent surfing and 3 big surf trips. I'm tempted to buy another pair now that it's on sale just in case the ones I have break down!
